Incident Description |
Had elevated pool during construction. Main spillway was cofferdamed off and there were 4 large siphons running. As part of the construction they had lowered the pool by at least 5 feet and lowered the top of dam as well to accomodated some of the construction. The cofferdam was breached to prevent the dam from overtopping. |
